The Testa Law Group has continued its expansion into East Texas. To mark the increased growth, the Testa Law Group is beginning renovations on a 3,000 square foot office space located in the historic city of Jefferson, Texas.
Seeking more collaboration and accommodation to expand call center operations and litigation processes, the Testa Law Group will embark on an open space floorplan model that provides increased collaboration and energy, allowing staff to increase their connectivity to people and provide enhanced services.
Employing office space that creates more open, communal work areas with more flexibility, and tech-connected workstations will support the increased workflow and break down the hierarchical barriers to allow for greater collaboration and technological innovation that comprises so many of today’s modern law firms.
