Nicholas Testa
Attorney Nicholas Testa attained his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center during his tenure at the University of Houston. Mr. Testa was a law clerk for a well-known and highly rated personal injury law firm. Mr. Testa also participated as a student attorney in the UHLC Texas Innocence Network Clinic that specializes in exonerating inmates wrongfully convicted of crimes by evaluating, investigating, and litigating claims of actual innocence.
Mr. Testa also participated as a student attorney in the UHLC Juvenile Capital Advocacy Project that specializes in reducing juvenile crime, reducing juvenile delinquency, and improving long-term educational success rates and life outcomes for socially and economically disadvantaged juveniles. Within fourteen months of graduating from law school, Attorney Nicholas Testa passed three different state bar exams (Texas, Louisiana, and Florida) while handling numerous client matters dealing with wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, dangerous drugs, bad faith insurance claim denials, and misbranded drugs.
Nicholas Testa grew up and went to High School in Plano, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. He received a degree from Northwestern University and then went to work as an analyst for a "Big Five" bank where he conducted audit control and security analysis of investments held by hedge funds located in the United States, United Kingdom, and other international clients.
Mr. Testa is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Florida and admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas and also in the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Testa was inducted into the Super Lawyer's, Texas Rising Stars in 2019 and also recognized as a Super Lawyer.
